The BALTICLEAD programme consists of two week-long modules, including an online home assignment in between Module 1 and 2:
Module 1 – Human and planetary thriving
18-24 September 2019 in Stockholm, Sweden
Module 2 – Societal change and sustainability transformations
10-16 November 2019 in Tbilisi, Georgia
The programme has three overarching themes: (i) human thriving, (ii) planetary thriving and societal change, and (iii) sustainability transformations. It is designed to operate as an iterative prototyping and learning process that includes lectures, discussions and presentations, but is focused on co-creation.
BALTICLEAD is also built on the premise of “group intelligence”, where participants are seen as the experts, with unique knowledge and insights that will contribute to the exponential learning experience of the group. Participants will also be asked to support each other in challenges and opportunities, as well as participate in peer to peer coaching throughout the programme.
